Group A category climbing peak of Nepal are open for climbing under mountaineering association Nepal. There are 15 trekking peaks in group “A” category, NMA issue the climbing permits for these peaks but have to collect the garbage deposit $ 250 refundable, before issuing the permit. We are the associate member of the NMA issue the climbing permit and organize expedition in group A category climbing peaks in the Himalayas.
Total 33 trekking peaks in Nepal; under Mountaineering Association (NMA) has classified these peaks into two categories Group A and Group B. Fee structure for Group A peaks quite expensive then group B its US$ 500 for a group up to of 7 members then after each additional member USD 100 up to maximum of 12 members in each climbing group. A few among the 15 peaks under Group A are rather tough to climb and require climbing experience and technical knowledge.
The following 15 mountains fall under Group A category climbing peaks of Nepal. While Mt. Chhukung Ri and Mt. Yala Peak in Group A are above 5000 ft. high all the other peaks in Group A are above 6000 ft. high.
